Hon. Oladele Bamiji, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Osun State on Media, has praised Governor Ademola Adeleke for his significant contributions to the state. Speaking on TungbaFM’s “Politics Naija” with Mogaji Olalekan Efficient, Bamiji outlined the governor’s efforts to improve the lives of Osun State residents through various infrastructural projects and welfare programs.
During the interview, Bamiji detailed several ongoing infrastructural developments aimed at enhancing the state’s economic and social landscape. “Governor Adeleke is dedicated to transforming Osun State through sustainable development projects that benefit all residents,” Bamiji stated. He highlighted improvements in road networks, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions as key areas of progress under the governor’s administration.
Bamiji also emphasized the positive impact on civil servants, noting that Governor Adeleke’s administration has made significant strides in improving their working conditions and overall welfare. “The civil servants in Osun State are enjoying the benefits of the governor’s good deeds,” he said, adding that timely payment of salaries and pensions has boosted morale and productivity within the public sector.
Addressing the recent political development involving Prince Dotun Babayemi’s defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bamiji clarified that Babayemi was no longer a member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), having been suspended previously. “Prince Babayemi’s defection does not affect the PDP because he was already suspended from the party,” he explained.
Bamiji asserted that the future political landscape of Osun State would be determined by its residents, not individual defections. He expressed confidence in Governor Adeleke’s continued leadership, stating, “The people of Osun State will decide what happens in the next election. As it stands now, Governor Adeleke is performing well, and the good people of Osun State can attest to his good deeds.”
The discussion on TungbaFM provided an overview of Governor Adeleke’s achievements and reinforced the administration’s commitment to the development and welfare of Osun State. Bamiji’s remarks underscored the governor’s dedication to serving the people and ensuring the state’s progress.
