Lagos APC Mandate Group Holds Prayer Rally for Tinubu, Rallies Support for 2027 Re-Election

The Mandate Group of the (APC) in Lagos State on Saturday 21 March convened a high-profile prayer programme in support of President , seeking divine guidance and national backing for his administration’s policies.

In an exclusive coverage by starnnigerianews.com the event, held in Lagos, drew prominent party stakeholders, government officials, and grassroots supporters in what observers described as a strategic political gathering aimed at consolidating support ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking at the programme, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa highlighted key achievements of President Tinubu both in Lagos and across Nigeria. He emphasized that continuity in leadership remains critical to sustaining ongoing reforms and developmental strides.

Obasa noted that re-electing President Tinubu for a second term in 2027 is “sacrosanct” for Nigeria’s progress, stressing that the administration’s policies are already laying the foundation for long-term economic growth and national stability.

The gathering also featured remarks from former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, who addressed party faithful and urged continued unity within the APC ranks. He commended the leadership structure in Lagos for maintaining cohesion and mobilizing support for the President.

Adding vibrancy to the event, renowned Fuji musician entertained attendees, energizing the crowd with performances that reinforced the celebratory atmosphere.

The programme was attended by a wide array of political figures, including Senator Anthony Adefuye and Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon alongside current and former members of the Lagos State House of Assembly and the House of Representatives.
