Seyi Tinubu, Wife Named Okanlomo & Yeye Okanlomo of Yorubaland as NPPY Celebrates Royal Recognition

The Founder and Convener of the National Progressive Platform for Youth (NPPY), Ambassador Adedamola Rasak Kazeem, ANIA, has congratulated Barrister Seyi Tinubu and his wife following their conferment with the prestigious chieftaincy titles of Okanlomo and Yeye Okanlomo of Yorubaland.

The titles were bestowed by the Alaafin of Oyo, His Royal Majesty Oba Owoade, in a ceremony that underscores the enduring cultural heritage of the Yoruba people and recognizes individuals who contribute to communal progress and cultural preservation.

In his message which was made available to starnigerinews.com, Amb. Kazeem emphasized the cultural and symbolic importance of the titles, describing the honour as a testament to the couple’s dedication to service, leadership, and the promotion of Yoruba values.

“The conferment of Okanlomo and Yeye Okanlomo on Barr. Seyi Tinubu and his wife is not only a personal honour but also a reaffirmation of the role of tradition in shaping modern leadership,” Amb. Kazeem stated.

He further noted that such recognitions help bridge generational and cultural gaps, inspiring youth across Nigeria to embrace their heritage while contributing to national development.
