
Hon Okanlawon Mourns Ex-Lagos Commissioner, Hon (Barr.) Bosun Jeje
Lagos Lawmaker, Hon Sanni Ganiyu Okanlawon on Saturday expressed sadness over the death of Lagos State’s former commissioner for Housing, Hon (Barr.) Bosun Jeje.
Hon Bosun Jeje, a lawyer, an environmentalist and a successful businessman served as a commissioner for housing under the administration of former Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola SAN.
The death of Hon. Bosun Jeje was an unpleasant shock and a huge loss to larger Kosofe Constituencies, Lagos State, and Nigeria, according to Hon. Okanlawon, who expressed his condolences in a statement released on Saturday by his chief press secretary, Prince Adewale Adenuga.
He remarked, “I received the news of Hon. Bosun Jeje’s passing, the former commissioner for housing in Lagos State, with grief. During his time as housing commissioner, he had a positive effect on the state’s housing development.”
“On behalf of my family and the illustrious people of Kosofe Constituency 01, I express my condolences to the immediate family, friends, associates, larger Kosofe Constituencies and Lagos State over the death of Hon Bosun Jeje. His passing was a great loss to the State.”
“I beseech God Almighty to grant him eternal rest and give the immediate family and friends the strength and courage to endure the irredeemable loss.”
