Adetunji Aderemi, son of the recently departed Nollywood icon Late Chief Adedeji Adedeji (Baba Olofa Inan), fondly remembered his father as a wonderful man and a caring father in a recent interview. Aderemi shared heartfelt memories during a special program on TungbaFM Network last week Saturday, hosted by Olalekan Efficient.
Aderemi, reflecting on his late father’s life, emphasized Baba Olofa Inan’s commitment to caring for his family while he was alive. He described him as a pillar of support who ensured that love, peace, and harmony prevailed within their household.
Despite the unfortunate circumstance that Baba Olofa Inan did not witness the full extent of his impact on the growth of Nollywood in Nigeria, Aderemi highlighted that his father prioritized taking care of everyone in the family. Aderemi acknowledged that despite his father’s choice to marry three wives, the family continued to live in love, peace, and harmony.
During the interview, Aderemi was joined by Baba Olofa Inan’s other three wives. Modinat Aderemi, the last wife, expressed the difficulty in accepting the reality of her husband’s passing, stating that it feels like they are still in a dream.
As the Nollywood community mourns the loss of a veteran, Adedeji Adedeji’s legacy lives on through the memories and the enduring unity within his family.
