Moses Transport Limited Raise Fresh 6Million Naira in a New Pre-seed Funding

Moses Transport Limited, a transport finance management, logistics, auto-tech development and general transportation startup operating in Osun State, today announced it raised of six million naira hybrid financing in it first phase of Angle Investment fund.

The first phase of the Pre-seed funding is led by Orits and Partners, with participation from other private individuals after raising 500,000 in friends and family funding last year.

Moses Transport Limited was established in November 2021 by it CEO, Moses Blessing, as a transportation company with a cash capital of just 10,000 Naira, as an undergraduate of Osun State University.

Within the first three years, the company as boost a turnover of more than 10 million Naira. The company has not only grows into a multimillionaire transportation startup in Osun state, but also, as a formidable enterprise under the watch of it founder.

Investment Breaks Down:

The six million naira comes with 50% of the funding as equity, and 50% of the funding as debts.

The CEO also affirmed his readiness to use the funds toward a mechanism of value attraction, not only to Osun State but also to the transportation sector. In his word, “We are just at the birth of our ideas. Our markets are too wide to relent too soon, and we are commited into plans and executions capable of driving innovation, and excellence not only in our state of operations but in the transportation sector at large. The company will use the funds to further develop it products, and set pace for it marketability and rigid customer adoption”.
