Eid Mubarak: Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh!

On this blissful occasion of Eid, I, Hon. Olumide Onabajo QCA former House of Assembly Candidate, extend my warmest greetings to all our Muslim brothers and sisters in Nigeria, particularly in Ogun State. May this Eid bring you immense joy, harmony, and prosperity.

As we celebrate this holy festival, it is essential to remember the true essence of Eid. It is a time of reflection, gratitude, and above all, a reminder of the values that Islam instills – unity, love, and compassion. Let us embrace these virtues and extend a hand of friendship and harmony not only to our Muslim brethren but also to people of different faiths and beliefs.

Nigeria, as a diverse nation, is a tapestry of rich cultures and religions, which is a significant strength. Let us celebrate these diversities and foster an environment of tolerance, understanding, and respect for one another’s religious beliefs. Islam teaches us to coexist peacefully and to treat one another with kindness, regardless of our differences.

As we come together to commemorate this special occasion, let us also extend our support and compassion to those in need. Eid is not just a time for personal celebration but also a time to share joy with the less fortunate. Reach out to those who are marginalized, offer a helping hand, and share the blessings bestowed upon us.

May this Eid ul-Fitr mark the beginning of a new chapter in our lives, filled with unity, prosperity, and spiritual enlightenment. May Allah bless our nation, Nigeria, and Ogun State, with peace, progress, and prosperity. Together, let us strive for a harmonious coexistence, supporting one another in our respective endeavors.

Once again, I wish you all a joyous and memorable Eid. May the celebrations bring you closer to your loved ones, rejuvenate your spirits, and fill your hearts with immense happiness. May Allah accept your prayers, grant you His blessings, and shower upon you and your families His infinite love and mercy.

Eid Mubarak!
