The 2024 ONDO STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTORAL PROCESS AND ELECTION is bound to be INVALIDATED if the Prayers of Labour Party is granted by the FEDERAL HIGH COURT.

In a Pre Election Matter in the Federal High Court, Labour Party seeks the court to order INEC to publish names of the Party’s Governorship and Deputy Governorship Candidates, TEMIDAYO EZEKIEL OLUBO and OLUWAFEMI BODUNDE AKEREDOLU, respectively as the Labour Party Candidates for the 2024 Ondo State Governorship Election.
The Labour Party demands that Failure to do this , the Electoral Process and the Election should be declared INVALID, and the Process should be commenced all over again.
The following facts are incontrovertible:

6. Attempts by the former Labour Party Executives led by Abure to unconstitutionally elongate their term became Estoppeled by section 223 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended.
7. Any Primaries/Congress initiated by any member of the former Executives, including Abure, is INVALID.
