
Ogun State NRM Launches Second Phase of LGA Tours to Strengthen Party Engagement

In a strategic move to bolster party unity and outreach, the Ogun State Chapter of National Rescue Movement (NRM) has announced the commencement of the second phase of its Local Government Area (LGA) tours within Ogun State. The initiative aims to engage local constituents and further advance the party’s agenda across the state.
Scheduled to run from October 11 to October 25, 2024, the tour will involve visits to six key LGAs. The itinerary includes:
Odogbolu LG on Friday, October 11
Abeokuta North LG on Tuesday, October 15
Ijebu-East LG on Friday, October 18
Ikenne LG on Monday, October 21
Ewekoro LG on Wednesday, October 23
Ijebu-North LG on Friday, October 25
The tours will be led by the State Executives, with the objective of fostering dialogue and gathering feedback from party members and the public.
Ogun StateNRM Public Relations Officer, Hon. Engr. Sadiku Akeem, expressed gratitude for the ongoing support from party members and emphasized the importance of these engagements in moving the party forward.
“This is an opportunity for us to connect directly with our constituents, listen to their concerns, and present our vision for the future,” said Akeem.
The announcement was officially signed by the State Chairman, Hon. Amb. Olujobi Fayoyin, who underscored the significance of grassroots involvement in shaping the party’s direction.
As the NRM embarks on this crucial phase of engagement, party leaders are optimistic about strengthening ties within the community and enhancing support for upcoming initiatives.
