Warri North Local Government Area Team Morris 4 INYC has expressed profound gratitude to the people of Ubagboro Community for the warm reception and hospitality extended to them during their recent consultation visit. The visit, led by Morris Ejuoghanran Gbenebitse, a leading aspirant for the presidency of the Itsekiri National Youth Council (INYC), was aimed at engaging with the community and understanding their challenges.

In a heartfelt thank-you message issued by the team’s Chief Media Officer, Weyinmi Thomas, the group commended the Ubagboro Community for their openness and willingness to share their concerns. The message highlighted the community’s pressing issue of insecurity caused by external aggressors, which has disrupted their peace and economic activities, particularly in the coastal areas.

“We deeply appreciate the opportunity to listen to your concerns,” the statement read. “Your courage in sharing these challenges inspires us to work even harder to bring lasting solutions.”

The team also expressed gratitude to the Olare-aja of Ubagboro, community leaders, and youth executives for their prayers, endorsements, and unwavering support for Team Morris as they prepare for the forthcoming INYC elections. The leaders’ trust in the team’s vision to restore security, revive economic activities, and empower the youth was described as a driving force for the campaign.
Team Morris reaffirmed its commitment to fulfilling its promises, ensuring that Ubagboro and other Itsekiri communities thrive in safety and prosperity. “Together, we can achieve the progress we all desire,” the statement added.
The thank-you message concluded with words of appreciation for the community’s overwhelming support and kindness, accompanied by the traditional Itsekiri chants of “Atalama!!!” and “Ene dokpe oooo!”
The visit and subsequent message underscore Team Morris’s dedication to grassroots engagement and its promise to address the needs of Itsekiri communities if elected into office.
