CIPM Alimosho Chapter Set for Insightful Factory Visit to Friesland Campina

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Alimosho Chapter is gearing up for its annual factory visit, this time to the renowned Friesland Campina facility in Ogba, Lagos. Scheduled for  Thursday, July 17, 2025, the event promises to offer members an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the dairy giant’s operations, fostering learning and professional development.

According to the Chapter Executive, led by Chairman Debby Daramola, MCIPM, the visit is a prime opportunity for HR professionals and members to observe best practices in manufacturing, workforce management, and operational efficiency.

General Secretary Lucy Bolaji, ACIPM, and Immediate Past Chairman Funmilola Taiwo, ACIPM, also reinforced the importance of punctuality, urging attendees to arrive by 10:30 AM at Friesland Campina, Acme Road, Ogba, for a prompt 11:00 AM start.
