Barrister Mobolaji Arokoto Declares Bid for House of Representatives Seat in 2027

Barrister Mobolaji Arokoto, a Lagos base legal luminary and philanthropist, has formally declared his intention to represent the people of Iseyin, Kajola, Itesiwaju, and Iwajowa Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives in Abuja come 2027.

Arokoto, during his recent visitation tour across several communities within the constituency, met with party leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as well as grassroots stakeholders. The consultation, according to him, was a necessary step to align his ambition with the yearnings of the people.

Speaking during the tour, Arokoto emphasized his commitment to providing quality representation if given the opportunity to secure the APC ticket and emerge victorious in the 2027 general elections. He pledged to leverage his vast legal experience and philanthropic track record to drive development, empower youths, and ensure equitable distribution of resources across the four local government areas.

“Our people deserve effective representation that prioritizes their needs and aspirations. I am committed to being a voice for the constituency at the national stage, ensuring that our communities are not left behind in the dividends of democracy,” he said.

Community leaders and APC stalwarts who received him expressed optimism about his ambition, describing him as a credible candidate with a passion for service.

With this declaration, Arokoto joins the growing list of aspirants eyeing legislative positions ahead of the 2027 polls.
