Oyelola Emerges PRO ASUP FedPoly Ado

Oyelola Oyewale, a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication has emerged as Public Relations Officer of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Chapter.

Oyelola polled 194votes to defeat Mr Adelana of Urban and Regional Planning Department who garnered 127 during the held election on Tuesday at Conference.

The Media Expert in his manifesto promised to launch ASUP-FPA Quarter Bulletin and give the chapter activities deserving media attention.

Oyelola is currently the Vice President (Administration and Communications) of Nigerian Guild of Investigative Journalists ( NGIJ) and Secretary, Association of Kwara Online Media Practitioners (ASKOMP).

He holds Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Strategic Studies.

Oyelola joined Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti in 2019 and has professional experience in journalism, media consultation and political communications.
