MUMMY EBODA CELEBRATES 65TH BIRTHDAY WITH LOVE AND COMPASSION*
On 10th May, 2025, it was a heartwarming day of love, gratitude, and celebration as Mrs. Mariam Eboda, affectionately known as Mummy Eboda, marked her 65th birthday in a most compassionate and unforgettable way. Rather than opting for a lavish party, she chose to spend the milestone with those society often overlooks—the precious children at Ibadan Home for the Motherless Babies, located at No. 2 Omolewa Street, Yemetu, Ibadan.
Arriving with grace and a heart full of joy, Mummy Eboda was accompanied by her ever-supportive husband, Mr. Eboda, and her two loving siblings. The atmosphere lit up as the celebrant stepped into the home, not with fanfare, but with a deep sense of purpose and compassion.
In her brief but moving address, the celebrant gave thanks to the Most High God for the priceless gift of life and the privilege to witness 65 fulfilling years. Her words resonated deeply with everyone present, igniting a spirit of generosity and reflection.
Despite the low-key nature of the event, it overflowed with love, warmth, and blessings. Mummy Eboda extended her heartfelt appreciation to the management and caregivers at the home for their dedication to the welfare of the children. She offered fervent prayers for the strength, provision, and protection of the staff and the little ones they care for daily.
The celebration reached its peak as cash donations and essential materials were generously presented to the home by the celebrant and her family. These gifts, received with gratitude, will go a long way in supporting the day-to-day operations of the home and improving the lives of the children.
Prayers were lifted up for Mrs. Eboda, her family, the management of the home, and every well-wisher who joined in commemorating this beautiful act of kindness.
