Barrister Mobolaji Arokoto Felicitates Yoruba Indigenes on World Isese Day, Urges Preservation of Traditional Values

Oyo State APC chieftain, Barrister Mobolaji Arokoto, has extended warm felicitations to all Yoruba indigenes at home and in the diaspora on the celebration of World Isese Day.

Speaking in an interview with starnigerianews.com, Barr. Arokoto emphasized the importance of upholding and paying homage to Yoruba traditional values, describing culture and heritage as the unifying force of the people of Oduduwa across the globe.

He noted that Isese Day is not just a celebration but also a reminder of the depth of Yoruba spirituality, identity, and ancestral legacy.

“Isese l’agba, Isese l’agba gbogbo wa,” he declared, affirming that tradition remains the senior guide for all Yoruba sons and daughters.

Barrister Arokoto further encouraged the younger generation to embrace cultural knowledge, respect for elders, and communal harmony, stressing that these values remain vital for progress and unity.

Concluding his goodwill message, he prayed for long life, peace, and prosperity for all Yoruba people worldwide, saying:
