CIPM Alausa Chapter to Host 59th Induction, 4th Self-Sponsored Certification Programme

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Alausa Chapter – Lagos State Branch, has announced plans to host its 59th Induction and 4th Self-Sponsored Certification Programme.

The landmark event, themed “Resilient People, Responsive Service: Charting the Future of HR in the Public Service,” will take place on Thursday, 18th September 2025, at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, The Secretariat, Alausa, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The programme will bring together distinguished leaders and professionals in the Human Resource sector. The Head of Service, Mr. Olabode Agoro, MCIPM, will serve as Chief Host, while Mr. Adeniyi Samuel Ogunubi, MCIPM, Chairman of the Alausa Chapter, will play host.

According to the organizers, the event is designed to provide fresh perspectives on innovation, resilience, and people-centered strategies in HR practice, with a strong focus on strengthening the public service.

The CIPM noted that the gathering promises to be both inspiring and impactful, offering participants an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations on the future of Human Resource management in Nigeria’s public sector.
