The Lagos State Government has announced plans to commence repair works on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, from Bonny Camp Junction in Victoria Island, beginning Monday, September 15, to Sunday, September 21, 2025. The project is scheduled to last one week.

Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, who made the announcement yesterday, explained that the repairs will be carried out overnight between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily, to minimize traffic disruption.

He advised motorists to exercise patience while driving through the corridor and to consider alternative routes where necessary.

Osiyemi appealed for the cooperation of road users, residents, and stakeholders, noting that the exercise is in the best interest of the general public.
